Measures can support different activities: investment, innovation, digitalization, export and energy efficiency. The right combination depends on timing, the type of expenditure, company size and project objectives.
Poor sequencing can mean more than a rejected application. The business may carry out an investment with less support than was possible, then discover that a better-suited measure required action three months earlier.
What it produces
An expenditure plan tied to the industrial project. It sets out the investment sequence and includes a preliminary assessment of access requirements and the fit between the investment and the measure, before expenditure is committed. It also covers the supporting documentation and final reporting.
The calendar matters as much as the application. Many measures require actions in a specific order, such as signing orders, obtaining technical appraisals and making traceable electronic payments. Expenditure at the wrong time can be costly.
Who does what
The business decides on investments and provides financial statements, orders, quotes and timelines. MA.VI selects compatible measures, builds the plan and monitors deadlines. Engineers, appraisers and auditors produce the required evidence; MA.VI checks its consistency before it goes into the file.
MA.VI coordinates documents, procedures and deadlines. Submission, signatures, delegations and formal notices follow the rules of each measure.
