Intervention area 07

Audits, compliance and supply chains

Processes, responsibilities, documents and evidence: preparing verification and improvement with attention to operational consistency and supply chains.

Compliance requires a verifiable relationship between what the business states and what happens in its processes. Documents, responsibilities, deadlines and evidence must be current and accessible.

MA.VI’s role

MA.VI coordinates documentation, the verification calendar and business preparation. The business retains its responsibilities; qualified bodies and auditors perform independent checks and certification. Checks on a funding file remain distinct from company audits.
