Project governance

Giving structured shape to enterprise innovation.

Coordinating innovation is more than introducing tools: it brings strategy, processes, people, priorities, partners and KPIs into one coherent transformation.

Making a software tool part of how a company works requires coordination between strategy, operations and people.

Innovation management brings together governance, priorities, partners, risks, KPIs and delivery capacity. It keeps the project focused on organizational change rather than the purchase alone.

When coordination is missing, projects can all start without any finishing. Each has a sponsor but no agreed priority, and resources become insufficient across the whole portfolio.

What it produces

A map of priorities, including what will wait. Without that choice, every initiative appears urgent and none delivers the expected value.

The project defines who decides what, under which mandate and when. It also produces a risk register with responses, a partner plan and indicators for assessing progress while work is still underway.

Indicators need to be chosen before the project starts. Choosing them afterward risks selecting measures that justify what has already happened.

Who does what

Management retains decisions about priorities and resource allocation. MA.VI sets out alternatives, costs, trade-offs, risks and dependencies, then follows delivery through unexpected problems.

Technical partners work within an agreed scope, with written criteria and milestones. These give them a common basis for delivery beyond their individual quotes.

Next step

Let’s talk about your next project.

A conversation, not a quote. We start from where you want to go, and see together which levers will get you there.
