Operational initiative
From isolated data silos to a coordinated enterprise flow.
CRM, ERP, workflows, cloud and collaboration tools become a coherent system: the flow is designed from first contact to after-sales, then backed by tools.
Without coordination, digitalization can leave a company with disconnected tools, duplicate data entry and information that stops at departmental boundaries.
The whole workflow needs to be designed first, from the initial sales inquiry through production to after-sales service. Software is then chosen to support it.
A parallel spreadsheet often shows where the official system falls short. Someone keeps it because they need an answer the platform cannot provide in their daily work. It helps identify where the process breaks down.
What it produces
A map of current processes, before the future workflow is designed. It shows where work stalls, where data is entered twice and where information gets lost between departments.
The next step defines the complete workflow: inquiry, CRM, quote, production order, dispatch and customer care. It includes specifications for choosing a supplier and acceptance criteria for the delivered system.
A specification written by the business helps it choose software that fits its work. Starting from a supplier demo can lead it to adapt its work to the software instead.
Who does what
The people who carry out the process describe it, including the shortcuts that do not appear in any procedure. MA.VI structures the map, designs the workflow and negotiates with software suppliers against the specification rather than the price list.
The supplier implements the system. MA.VI checks that the delivered workflow matches the design before it goes into production, rather than waiting for the first problem.
