Intervention area 04

Marketing and international development

Positioning, communication, exports, Temporary Export Managers, e-commerce and trade fairs: connecting industrial strategy, channels and business development.

Market development is part of the industrial project: positioning, messages, channels and customer management need to work together. International growth also requires country priorities, dedicated expertise and documentation.

MA.VI’s role

MA.VI structures the project and coordinates commercial, editorial and technical capabilities. The Temporary Export Manager works under a defined mandate and objectives, while the business retains its customer relationships. SIMEST measures are assessed within their international scope.
