Operational initiative

From initial insight to an investable enterprise.

Business model, governance, tools, incentives, communication and go-to-market designed as a single path, so that an idea becomes a business that can be funded.

An idea becomes a business that can attract finance when the business model, governance, tools, funding, communication and route to market are planned together.

None of these alone is enough to convince an investor or a public evaluator. They assess different things, but both need to know whether the project can stand on its own. A plan that depends on an incentive cannot answer that question.

What it produces

A business model tested against the numbers: who pays, how much, how often and what it costs to acquire a customer. This distinguishes a viable business from an interesting technical prototype.

The business plan states each assumption and where its figures come from. It is followed by the prototype roadmap, route to market and financial plan, which connects own capital, support measures and payback periods.

Governance covers ownership, roles and shareholder agreements. Avoiding these questions at the start can block growth when the first investor presents an offer.

Who does what

Founders retain the vision and decisions. They need to be able to defend the business plan when an evaluator asks difficult questions.

MA.VI structures the project, tests assumptions, prepares documentation and keeps the financial and industrial plans consistent. Incentives support a business project that already has substance; they cannot replace a missing business model.
