In 2025, Marianna Poli’s husband and business partner suffered a serious accident, followed by a long period in a coma and rehabilitation. Marianna took on the coordination of Laser Tech to keep the business operating during his absence.
Keeping the business running
She managed customer relationships, production, company finances and commercial development, maintaining operations and the trust built over decades. During the same period, she continued investing in the business.
The innovation projects
Laser Tech designs and manufactures custom components in precision stainless steel fabrication for industrial sectors. Quality, dimensional precision and material integrity are central to its work.
The projects included:
- Website and positioning. A new website reflecting the company’s technical positioning.
- Sales network. Expansion and organization of the technical sales network.
- Access and procedures. Software for facility access and the records required by ISO quality and safety standards.
- Brand identity. A refresh of brand identity and positioning.
- Aerospace. Commercial development through specialist networking, communication and industry events.
Preparing for new markets
Entering a new sector requires engineering credibility, suitable quality processes and investment in the team’s capabilities. Communication needs to explain that expertise. These requirements guide Laser Tech’s growth plans.
Leadership through continuity
Marianna worked to provide stability for staff and maintain customer trust while continuing to invest. Her experience describes leadership exercised through daily work rather than public visibility.
Telling the business owner’s story
At MA.VI S.r.l., we help business owners and leaders describe their experience through interviews, strategic storytelling, brand identity and executive presence. The work builds their authority through the story of the company.
